Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site

• Design customized automation solutions based on customer requirements

• Perform testing, debugging, validation, and troubleshooting of automation systems

• Prepare technical documents, user manuals, and engineering reports

• Work closely with software, electrical, and project teams to deliver successful automation projects

• Stay up to date with new automation technologies and recommend system improvements

• Travel internationally to support customers and project deployments when required.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field

• Proven 3+ years of work experience in automation system design and technical support

• Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Control, and Industrial Robotics

• Experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

• Fluent English is a must-have

• Can communicate in Chinese

• Open to Malaysia-based candidates only who can work in Penang and travel internationally.
