Medien is expanding our technical support team to strengthen our respiratory care, sleep diagnostic, oxygen therapy, and digital patient monitoring solutions.
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Technical Support Associate who can support device troubleshooting, servicing workflow, patient support, and technical coordination with our sales and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot CPAP, BiPAP, ventilators, oxygen concentrators, portable oxygen concentrators, O₂ Ring, and related respiratory devices.
Identify device faults and perform basic diagnostic checks.
Support pressure issue, mask leakage, alarm, battery, filter, oxygen output, and connectivity complaints.
Assist customers, patients, sales team, and internal staff with technical enquiries.
Repair & Service Workflow
Manage device intake, diagnosis, repair coordination, testing, and return process.
Ensure proper documentation for every service case.
Support faster repair turnaround time and reduce repeat complaints.
Follow service checklist, quality control standards, and repair SOP.
Medien MaxTrack & Monitoring Support
Support setup and troubleshooting for Medien MaxTrack monitoring solutions.
Assist with O₂ Ring pairing, app usage, data monitoring, and report-related coordination.
Support sales and clinical teams in patient adherence monitoring and device follow-up.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all devices are tested properly before return to customer or patient.
Maintain proper service records and technical reports.
Follow company SOP, GDPMD awareness, safety standards, and medical device handling procedures.
Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant leader or supplier.
Requirements
Diploma / Certificate / Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Healthcare Technology, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in medical device servicing, respiratory care, oxygen concentrator, CPAP/BiPAP, or homecare equipment is an advantage.
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Able to communicate clearly with internal team, customers, and patients.
Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to follow SOP.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Possess own transport will be an advantage.
