Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Promote company's products and assist customers in establishing process parameters.
Assist customers in optimizing processes to improve yield.
Analyze quality abnormalities, determine responsibility, and propose improvement plans.
Able to independently analyze the causes of quality abnormalities and compile reports.
Provide feedback and collaborate with the internal team on quality and design-related issue.
Improve on customer support plans and build strong customer relationships. Ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for customer product training and respond to technical questions.
Actively listen, understand and convey customer requirements, and implement any necessary corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Science or any Engineering related field.
2 years and above of relevant experience in PCB lamination, drilling, plating processes, or CCL processes and technical services.
More than 5 years of proven work experiences as section head or equivalent.
Familiar with PCB processes and able to propose solutions for common issues
Proficient in English and Mandarin.
Able undergo China for 3 - 6 months training.
