We are seeking for Senior and Junior Technical Support Engineers for our Malaysia Tech Center, work on end-to-end solutions for cross-border payments for our global merchants and globalization business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop intelligent AI Agents to automate system validation, diagnostics, and operational workflows.
2. Contribute to product architecture planning, ensuring testability, stability, and risk resilience in large-scale systems.
3. Build and evolve scalable testing platforms, tools, and automation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles.
4. Lead end-to-end integration validation for complex deployments, ensuring high-quality, reliable go-live outcomes.
5. Research and apply emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, generative testing) to advance engineering efficiency and industry practices.
6. Drive cross-team technical initiatives and, for senior roles, mentor engineers through workshops, training, and knowledge sharing.
Job Requirement:
1. 1+ years of software development experience in internet or traditional industries, with hands-on involvement in large-scale software development lifecycle.
2. Strong analytical and system design skills; capable of developing frameworks and integrating end-to-end solutions.
3. Experience in RESTful API testing and security validation.
4. Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java), with solid coding practices, code review experience, and familiarity with Git or SVN.
5. Good knowledge of SQL, Linux OS, and common infrastructure components such as DNS and Active Directory (AD); plus 1+ years of system/network troubleshooting or operations experience.
6. Strong logical thinking, ownership mindset, and a collaborative team spirit.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin; able to clearly articulate issues and propose solutions to stakeholders.
8. Prior experience or strong interest in internet financial services or payment technology is preferred.
9. Experience in team coordination or technical mentoring is a plus.
