the role
- Assist sales representatives in executing customer plans, conduct plant surveys, build relationships with key stakeholders, and provide technical support.
- Analyze, interpret, and recommend to optimize customer operations and problem-solve for optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance, provide customer service, and ensure operational efficiency by managing inventory and adhering to safety standards.
- Work closely with Sales Representatives to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
the experience
- Degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar field (water treatment, chemical industry).
- Willing to travel to clients sites.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin (dealing with Chinese clients).
