We're Hiring: Technical Support Engineer!

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong desire to help customers resolve their technical issues efficiently.

What You'll Do:

Job Description

  • Monitor andmanage the system to ensure that all system parameters are optimum.
  • Escalated to thenecessary teams if there is any abnormality to the systems or the systemparameters are less optimum.
  • Manage number ofinbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Followcommunication scripts when handling different topics
  • Identifycustomers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providesolutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainablerelationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records ofall conversations in our call center database in a comprehensibleway
  • Collect, collate,compute and calculate the various support KPIs
  • Colate, computeand calculate the various system performance from system/applicationlogs.
  • Otheradministrative tasks, documentation and creation reports to beassigned.
  • Conductinvestigation activities to be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma, HigherNITEC in Electrical, Electronics, IT or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 to 2years of relevant experience
  • Relevantexperience as a monitoring center engineer
  • Experience inelectrical/mechanical drawing, service/repair manuals and or diagrams willbe added advantage
  • Basic knowledgein Networking and Database management will be added advantage
  • Airportoperations background will be added advantage
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter, self-motivated andcritical thinker who embraces challenges
  • Ability to workresponsibly, independently and in a team
  • Able to interactwith all levels of people and work under stress
  • Willing to workon a 12-hour rotational shift pattern, which includes day, night,weekends, public holidays etc.
  • Training will beprovided

Working hours

Rotating 12 hours shift or as assigned.

4days 12 hours and 3 days rest

Followed by 3 days 12 hours and 4 days rest
