Role Description

The Technical Support Intern will assist in providing technical guidance, responding to customer inquiries, and troubleshooting issues arising from the use of STP's products and solutions. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient problem resolution and clear communication. This is a full-time internship based on-site at our office in Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to help diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a positive experience and ensure client needs are met.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying root causes and creating actionable solutions.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about educational technologies and related fields.
  • Pursuing or holding a related degree in IT, Engineering, or a technical field is preferred. No
