Hiring for a well know BPO Industry (Open for Fresh Graduate)

Working type : Contract 24 months

Working hours : 24/7 Rotational Shift

Working Days : 5 Days & 2 days Off rotational

Location : Ara Damansara (Nearby LRT)

Salary : Between RM 3,000 - RM 4,000

Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous technical support via telephone and email related to the product
• Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer's frustrations and solve customer's problem
• Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer's problem
• Conducting basic probing to determine the next action for any software related to enquiries

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
• Required language(s): Mandarin/Cantonese and English
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
• Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply Full Training Provided
• Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts and off day
• Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch for rest.
