Technical Support Specialist (Cross Referencing)

Location: Mutiara Damansara, PJ

We are seeking a technically skilled professional to support customers by cross-referencing enquiries to the our product range and recommending suitable alternatives. The role also provides solutions support via email as Secondary scope (support in absent of Application Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle internal and external customer enquiries professionally via email
• Cross-reference customer requirements to our products and recommend alternatives
• Maintain and enhance the cross-referencing tool and database
• Deliver high-quality, fast turnaround product recommendations
• Support technical enquiries, complaints, returns, and replacements when required
• Collaborate with internal teams and UK technical/product support to improve service levels

Requirements

• Diploma or Engineering Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in Electronics, Industrial, or distribution-related industries
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical components and test & measurement equipment
• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within a team
