About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer with strong Windows system administration experience. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead position, managing and guiding technical support operations while ensuring smooth system performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Windows environments, including system administration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Manage user accounts, ACLs, event logs, and auditing.
- Administer networking components (TCP/IP, DNS, SMB, Kerberos, PKI).
- Handle virtualization and server management (Hyper-V, SDN, clustering, resilient storage).
- Utilize administration tools such as PowerShell, Group Policy, BitLocker, and Windows Update.
- Collaborate with teams and clients in Japanese to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in technical support or Bachelor's in CS/IT with 3+ years of Windows system administration experience.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Registry, File Systems, and system monitoring tools.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and security practices.
- Experience with virtualization, server management, and storage solutions.
- Proficiency in administration tools and scripting (PowerShell, Group Policy, etc.).
- Native Japanese speaker.
