Technical Support Trainer

JobResponsibilities

• Develop and deliver robot operation and maintenance training programs for dealers and customers
• Prepare training materials, operation manuals, certification assessments, and related documentation
• Conduct technical training sessions and provide operational guidance to users
• Organize certification exams and skills assessments to evaluate training effectiveness
• Collect training feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery methods
• Provide remote and on-site technical support for robotic products and systems
• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive inspections
• Diagnose and repair robot hardware issues, including components such as servo motors, reducers, and sensors
• Collect and analyze on-site operational data and provide recommendations for product and service improvements
• Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth product operation and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields
• Prior experience in robotics, automation equipment, technical training, or technical support is preferred
• Familiar with robot components such as servo motors, reducers, and sensors
• Understanding of mechanical assembly, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance techniques
• Possess basic data analysis and fault diagnosis capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Able to adapt to frequent business travel and on-site working environments
• Able to conduct technical training and explain technical concepts clearly to users and customers
