Job Purpose: Establish technical training content and frame work for factory environment. Analyze and determine the root causes of defects, documenting them in a troubleshooting manual. Identify training objectives and perform a needs assessment as part of the process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop training effectiveness method and conduct training effectiveness evaluation for workers with joint effort from plant manager according to established schedule.
- Develop and conduct multiskilling or cross-department training for operation team.
- To review and update Work Instructions (Wls), work processes, user manuals, maintenance / defect troubleshooting guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) and operation manuals.
- Assist production to analyze the defect by suggesting the possible root cause and propose an action plan to execute by subordinates.
- Work with technical department to prepare drawings / illustrations / photographs for training materials and other technical publications.
- To work closely with respective process engineers and production personnel, in order to understand the actual production processes for technical documentation preparation.
- Participation in Project Improvement & Implementation for creation of training material or update of training material content
- Ensure all production process is consistent with written work instructions & procedures in order to comply with ISO9001/ISO14001/GMP/ ISO45001/ ISO13485 requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Mechatronic) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
- Additional certification in training (e.g. Train the Trainer) is a plus.
- Ability to explain highly technical and complex processes in simple language that can be easily understood by all level of staff.
