We are seeking for Technical Writer (cyber security) who will be responsible in researching, preparing and editing technical documents.
Responsibilities
- Communicate technical information clearly, concisely, and accurately in English and Bahasa Malaysia, ensuring language, tone, and style are appropriate to the target audience.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread technical documents including reports, proposals, tender submissions, manuals and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure logical flow of information, correct grammar, spelling, formatting, and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and incorporate illustrations, diagrams, charts, and other visuals to support understanding.
- Work closely with the technical team to fully understand products, systems, and services for accurate representation in documentation.
- Strive to maintain and improve the quality of the companys documentation at all times.
Qualifications
- Open to Malaysian citizens only.
- Possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or higher qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in the IT field (FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of IT, networking, or cybersecurity concepts (advantageous but not always mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Passionate about writing and documentation.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to spot inconsistencies or missing information.
- Reliable, resourceful, and well-organised.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
