We are seeking a skilled Technician (Chargeman/Wireman/Building Maintenance/Project Engineer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in various buildings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and effective project execution.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in buildings
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Assist in project planning and execution of building maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers on various projects
- Document all maintenance activities and report on system performance
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Facility/ Building Engineering or related field
- Valid electrical license (Chargeman/Wireman)
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuit design
- Familiarity with building maintenance practices and safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Immediately available is a plus
