Technician cum A0 Chargeman

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technician cum A0 Chargeman to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining electrical systems, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring all operations comply with safety requirements and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should possess A0 Chargeman certification, demonstrate strong technical knowledge, and be hands-on in supporting smooth and reliable facility operations.

Electrical Systems: Operate and maintain electrical installations in accordance with AO Chargeman competency requirements. Perform switching operations and isolation works safely.

Monitor and maintain:

• Main Switchboards (MSB)
• Distribution Boards (DB)
• Transformers
• Low Voltage (LV) systems
• UPS systems
• Diesel Generators
• Lighting systems & Lightening Arrestor
• Emergency lighting
• Respond promptly to electrical faults and emergencies.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Carry out troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with maintenance schedules and SOPs.
• Update maintenance records in the CMMS.

Building Services

Maintain and support:

Not limited to HVAC systems, Fire Protection Systems, Plumbing & Sanitary Systems Water Pumps, Access Control System, CCTV, Loading Bay Equipment, Dock Levellers, Roller Shutters, building infrastructure, roofing maintenance, OSD, STP maintenance.

Team Support

• Mentor junior technicians.
• Assist the Building Engineer or FM Manager in daily operations.
• Participate in after-hours standby and emergency support when required.
