Technician - Gas Analyzer

Job Description

1) Support the Commissioning Engineer in the setting up and testing systems and equipment.

2) Perform preliminary check and test to ensure systems are ready for commissioning.

3) Conduct inspection and monitor performance of installed systems.

4) Assists in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issue during the commissioning process.

5) Provide technical support to resolve equipment malfunctions and system failures.

6) Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities, test and result.

7) Prepare and update technical documentation, reports, and logs as required.

8) Work closely with commissioning Engineer and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

9) Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including contractors and clients, to address technical issues and progress updates.

10) Assists in the maintenance and calibration of tools and equipments used in commissioning.

11) Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working condition and ready for use.

• Requirements:

1) Technical diploma or certification in Electrical and Instrumentation, mechanical or related field

2) Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or commissioning role in Analytical equipments

3) Proficiency in interpreting technical specifications and drawings, with a strong understanding of analytical equipment functionality and integration requirements.

4) Strong technical and mechanical aptitude. Proeffiency in using diagnostic and testing tools.

5) Ability to read and interpret technical drawing and manuals.

6) Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues or challenges during site visits.

7) Good Communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently ans as part of a team.

8) Commitment to safety and quality standards, with a thorough understanding of relevant regulations, codes, and best practices for construction and equipment installation.
