Technician, Maintenance to join our UPM Adhesive Materials Maintenance team. This position will be based in Johor Bahru.

We are looking for a new team member to join our maintenance team. This role is important in ensuring smooth shift operations, while offering opportunities to develop hands-on skills and build your technical capabilities. – Mohd Suhaimy Mustaffa, Maintenance Team Leader
What You Will Do
- Daily visual inspection and monitoring of all machines, and take immediate action when the machines are found in abnormal running condition
- React immediately to troubleshooting when machine problems arise (machine operator reports) and analyze the root cause
- Always carry out preventive maintenance and maintain the normal functioning of all machines
- Adhere to work procedures, as well as company and safety regulations
- Study and become familiar with all machine control systems to troubleshoot issues more efficiently when problems arise
- Conduct routine checks of spare parts inventory
- Carry out the jobs assigned by the superior and planner
- Perform multitasking duties
Who you are
- You hold a diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation
- You have 5–10 years of relevant working experience
- You have experience and knowledge in basic pneumatic and hydraulic systems (an advantage)
- You have experience and knowledge in basic drive applications (an advantage)
