Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities
- Ensure to meet cycle time and zero quality issue
- Support electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipment
- Logistics shipment handling IN/Out from laboratory to ensure in time delivery and fulfilment cycle time expectation
- Reliability engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis
- Participation in RCCA efforts and assist engineer in reliability activities
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent vocational certification
- Fresh graduate or minimum 1 3 years of working experience in semiconductor industry (Reliability lab experience preferred)
- Experiences of reliability testing, statistical analysis, failure analysis and IC testing
- Good communication (written and verbal) and working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications
