Technician (Repair & Services) (Ipoh & Shah Alam)

Job Summary

The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing a wide range of home appliances. He / She also provide technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to our products and services.

Responsibilities: -

• Plan and arrange appointments with clients at their convenience, especially for outdoor field service.

• Installing and testing products, equipment, and machinery and providing instructions to customers on the proper usage of their products.

• Using diagnostic tools (Multimeter) to identify issues and evaluate the available information.

• Fixing defective or broken products or ordering the necessary parts to replace faulty or worn-out parts.

• Servicing in-house (Small Domestic Appliances) and/or home-based equipment.

• Prepare basic quotation for non-warranty product repairs. Clearly communicate the costs of repairs to customers

• Parts Management and Inventory

• Workshop Organization and Safety

• Perform other duties as may be required and / or may be assigned by superior

Requirements

• Minimum Vocational School/Certificate.

• Able to speak and write basic Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Good working knowledge of equipment and tools used in the industry.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in repairing home appliances.
• Willingness to travel as and when required.
• Basic customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical system in home appliances
• Physically fit to lift heavy and /or medium size home appliances work.
• Valid GDL license will be advantages
