1. PRECISION TOOLING & MOLD MANUFACTURING
- Toolroom General Manager: 10+ years leading mold manufacturing, CNC, and EDM/WEDM operations.
- Mold Design Manager: Expert in CAD/CAM, mold flow, and high-volume plastic injection mold design.
- Moldmaker: 5+ years in mold fitting, assembly, precision machining, and troubleshooting.
- Plastic Injection Mold Expert / Supervisor: Specialist in large-tonnage injection molding and battery case/cover molds.
2. AUTOMATION & ADVANCED ENGINEERING
- Automation SPM Skilled Technician: Experienced in building, assembling, and maintaining Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), PLCs, and pneumatics.
- Lithium Battery Assembly Engineer: Specialist in battery cell assembly, welding processes, and process development.
- Light Gauge Steel Engineer: Expert in cold-formed steel framing systems and roll-forming manufacturing.
3. INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS & PRODUCTION MANAGERS
- Food Production General Manager (Chicken By-Product Processing): Head of poultry processing valorization into value-added products (sausages, nuggets). Requires strict HACCP/QA background.
- Stainless Steel General Manager: Overseeing fabrication of high-grade stainless steel equipment for commercial kitchens and foodservice industries.
- Signage Production Manager: 10+ years managing large-scale fabrication and installation (pylon signs, billboards, wayfinding).
Candidate Requirements:
- Well-educated graduated Engineers, Technicians, or Operations Managers.
- A minimum of 5–10 years of hands-on, industry-specific experience.
- Proficiency in modern industrial software relevant to the discipline.
- Proven capabilities in team production management and leadership.
