Techno Functional System Analyst Temenos

Job Objectives

• Lead and drive PB IT platform delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Ensure clear, consistent, and high-quality delivery of business requirements
• Develop high-quality functional specifications from business needs
• Understand dependencies across projects and assess impact
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams throughout SDLC
• Support test planning, execution, and UAT issue resolution

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end system analysis and ensure timely delivery
• Prepare FSD (Functional Specification Document) and TSD (Technical Specification Document)
• Resolve functional and technical issues related to the platform
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer to technical and QA teams
• Support testing phases to ensure alignment with functional requirements
• Coordinate with system vendors for requirement clarity and implementation

Key Requirements

• Experience in Temenos Wealthsuite implementation (R23 / R24) Mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in TAP Core Mandatory
• Experience in Private Banking solution delivery
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end application implementations
• Experience in TAP solution implementation in distributed banking environments (preferred)
• Experience in TAP version upgrades (preferred)
• Exposure to TAP components such as WUI, WTX/ITX, Actuate, OData (preferred)
• Experience in Unix/Linux shell scripting
• Experience in application solutioning and code review
• Strong experience in end-to-end delivery management and quality assurance
• Familiarity with banking compliance standards and policies
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and n-tier architecture
