Technology Associate - Data Science

Key Responsibilities:

Job Rotation: Participate in a structured rotation across key areas of Digital Technologies, including but not limited to Software Development, Data Science, Data Engineer, Cloud Technologies, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

Project Management: Support and manage digital technology projects from conception to execution, ensuring successful implementation within timelines and budgets.

Innovation & Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of digital transformation strategies, leveraging the latest technologies like AI, IoT, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing to drive business growth.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data and generate insights from digital platforms and systems to drive decisions and optimize digital performance.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, Business Units, and external partners, to deliver technology solutions that meet business objectives.

Leadership Development: Receive mentorship and coaching from senior leadership in the digital space, preparing you for future leadership roles in technology-driven environments.

Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by learning about the latest trends in digital technologies and integrating them into business strategies.

Problem-Solving: Contribute to identifying, troubleshooting, and solving digital and technical challenges faced by the organization

Qualifications:

Education

• A recent graduate with a strong academic record, preferably with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• CGPA: A high CGPA (typically above 3.5/ 2nd Upper) is preferred.

Skills

• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in digital tools and platforms such as cloud computing, databases, AI/ML, DevOps, and business intelligence.
• Familiarity with software development processes, programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL), and/or data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
