Technology Hub Director

Role Purpose: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Technology Hub and work closely with UK based peers in a Matrix Management approach. Step into a variety of technology roles as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all staff on a day-to-day basis
• Work with peers to produce effective matrix-management
• Have a Be capable of working across technology
• Be part of the Technology Leadership Team
• Report directly to the UK based CIO

Preferable Experience:

• Worked with a UK based Team before
• Strong English Skills
• Background in Software Engineering
• Managed large and complex teams

Salary Range:

RM 450,000 - 575,000 per year + competitive benefits package included

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid working model)
