Job Responsibilities :
The role is to strengthen our Second Line of Defense(2LOD) oversight over technology, incident mgmt and third-party risks. The incumbent will be required to provide independent challenge, assurance and advisory to Technology and Business teams, ensuring technology risks are identified, assessed, monitored, reported and managed in line with regulatory expectations and internal risk appetite.
Managing technology risk management, cybersecurity governance and business continuity.
Develop and execute technology risk management framework, policies and procedures to support the business.
Develop and enhance technology and security risk related documentations (and other relevant documents) to ensure alignment to group policies and adherence to various regulatory requirements (e.g. MAS, BNM etc).
Develop technology and security risk reports & dashboards for various audience and committees (including board and senior management).
Develop and track key risk indicators (KRIs) in accordance to enterprise wide risk management framework.
Ensure governance and oversight of various entities and technology workstreams to comply to internal, industry and regulatory requirements.
Provide effective challenge to the adequacy and effectiveness of various technology and security controls.
Conduct technology, security and related risk assessments to identify and manage control gaps.
Collaborate with business units to provide support and guidance for technology risk related matters.
Lead/Involve in the formation of technology risk committees and to be involved in other relevant ones.
Involve in audit engagements.
Involve in IT and security breaches and incidents workstreams.
PreRequisites
Qualifications & Industry Alignment:
Minimum 5 years experience in technology risk, cybersecurity, or IT governance.
Strong knowledge of payment security standards (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, MAS TRM).
Experience with cloud security, API security, etc.
Familiarity with central bank regulations.
Ability to liaise with regulators, auditors, and senior stakeholders on technology risk matters.
