Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Technology Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for technology-driven solutions, and a desire to build a successful career in sales. The Sales Executive will support senior sales leaders in driving revenue growth, developing new client opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Location: Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and prospecting new business opportunities across target markets.

  • Support senior sales managers in client presentations, proposals, and negotiations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

  • Manage and update the sales pipeline and CRM system with accurate information.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (delivery, presales, marketing) to support client requirements.

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales support and lead-generation targets.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

  • 15 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internship/entry-level experience acceptable).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong English communication skills are mandatory

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.

  • Basic understanding of IT services, digital transformation, or telecom solutions is an advantage.
