Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Technology Solutions Lead to drive growth across Asia-Pacific and Middle East. Lead a team of senior solution sales specialists to shape and execute a regional strategy for ICT and managed services solutions. Grow revenue within existing strategic accounts and unlock new opportunities across key industries. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Commercial Performance

  • Own and deliver regional sales plan and revenue targets for SD-WAN, SASE, networking, UC&C, security, cloud, ICT, managed services, and device lifecycle management.
  • Drive opportunity qualification, pipeline building, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene for accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer buying patterns to refine strategies.

Customer & Partner Management

  • Lead strategic regional pursuits from engagement to close.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with key customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with global/regional teams, partners, and system integrators to win and retain accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction targets (e.g., NPS) are met or exceeded.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead regional team of solution sales specialists, guiding on strategy, deal shaping, and account planning.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent through coaching and mentoring.
  • Allocate accounts and opportunities to maximise growth and team performance.
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture.

Innovation & Growth

  • Shape new revenue streams through product offerings, partner-led solutions, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Design targeted sales initiatives for priority product lines.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure solutions are market-fit and commercially viable.

Reporting, Governance & Enablement

  • Provide data-driven visibility on regional performance and pipeline health.
  • Use insights to improve win rates, deal profitability, and productivity.
  • Ensure team completion of relevant training and certifications.
  • Lead internal communication across sales, product, marketing, delivery, and finance.

Key Requirements

  • 1015 years of proven success in solution sales in telecommunications, ICT, or managed network services.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets and leading complex solution sales cycles (bid management, proposal development, commercial structuring, and technical positioning).
  • Minimum 5 years managing high-performing regional or multi-country sales teams.
  • Deep expertise in SD-WAN, SASE, enterprise networking, UC&C, security, cloud, and managed services.
  • Experience delivering major transformation programs (USD 100M+).
  • Exposure to multiple industry segments: Banking, Manufacturing, Regional Enterprises, System Integrators (Japanese, Chinese, Indian), and Asia-Pacific markets.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into operational guidance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in multinational, matrixed environments across borders and time zones.
  • High proficiency in English; additional languages (Asian or Middle Eastern) a plus.
