At Accenture Strategy & Consulting, we work with leading organizations to drive large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives across Data, Analytics, Digital Core, Cloud, Enterprise Transformation, and Technology Advisory.

We are currently building a strong pipeline of professionals across Consultant and Manager levels within our Tech Advisory practice.

This evergreen opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Agile Transformation & Change Management

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in large-scale business and technology transformation programs
  • Drive strategic initiatives across operating model, governance, data, and enterprise technology landscapes
  • Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and transformation planning activities
  • Deliver advisory, implementation, and value realization initiatives across industries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive scalable and future-ready solutions
  • Support program governance, risk management, and transformation execution

  • Preferred Background:

  • Experience within consulting, enterprise transformation, IT strategy, PMO/TMO, data, analytics, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale projects and cross-functional collaboration
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Scrum, SAFe, Cloud, Data, or ServiceNow are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or related fields
  • Consultant level: minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience
  • Manager level: minimum 6–10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in technology consulting, enterprise transformation, digital transformation, data & analytics, PMO/TMO, IT strategy, or program delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to governance, operating model, value realization, or transformation management activities is an added advantage
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Knowledge or exposure in areas such as Data & Analytics, Cloud, ITSM, ServiceNow, Enterprise Platforms, or Digital Transformation is preferred
  • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, Cloud, Data, or ServiceNow are advantageous
  • Consulting background or client-facing experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and collaborative environments supporting regional or global stakeholders
