We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Technology & Digital Transformation Leader to drive the technology strategy and digital transformation agenda of a fast-growing organisation. Candidates with China Market experience is highly preferred.
The successful candidate will have strong expertise across enterprise technology, supply chain and operational systems, digital transformation, and technology architecture, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
This is a strategic leadership position focused on building technology capabilities, developing high-performing teams, modernising systems and processes, and enabling continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organisation's end-to-end technology and digital transformation strategy.
- Design scalable technology architecture supporting complex operational and supply chain environments.
- Build and lead an internal technology organisation capable of delivering business-critical solutions.
- Establish and enhance technology platforms, systems, governance, cybersecurity, and data management capabilities.
- Lead the development of technology roadmaps aligned with business growth and operational objectives.
- Partner closely with senior business stakeholders to identify challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency, visibility, customer experience, scalability, and business performance.
- Manage external technology partners and system integrators while developing strong internal capabilities.
- Lead technology implementation programmes from strategy through execution, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Support technology integration initiatives arising from business expansion and organisational growth.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience driving technology transformation and digitalisation within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, healthcare, e-commerce, or other operationally complex environments.
- Strong understanding of WMS, TMS, ERP, system integration, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience building and developing technology teams and capabilities.
- Demonstrated success leading digital transformation initiatives, rather than focusing primarily on IT operations and maintenance.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to evaluate technology investments against business value.
- Experience with technology integration, business expansion, or organisational transformation is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented environment.
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable developing a roadmap and driving execution.
