Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the companys services.
  • To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems of telecommunication services.
  • Assist on solving common technical problems.
  • Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools.

Job Requirements

  • Applicants with SPM level qualification and above are welcome
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a must for this position (Read, Speak, Type)
  • Basic English required for this role
  • Have no issue to work on 7am 3am Rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
  • Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (Rotational 2 off day per week)
  • Willing to work on weekend or public holidays based on shift arrangement
  • Able to start working on 4September / 11 September
  • Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office

Job Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: RM2,800 Basic Salary + Night Shift allowance up to RM400 + KPI allowance up to RM500
