The Tele Account Manager (TAM) is the first point of contact and primary driver for generating new business interest among corporate account list in the APAC region. This role is responsible for executing outbound calling and digital engagement strategies to identify, qualify, and create initial interest for workloads and solutions, directly fueling the sales pipeline.
Responsibility:
- Analyse and identify customer's needs and match
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads
- Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
- Work closely within a sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships across functions.
- Effectively communicate and present the product solution and value proposition to customers
- Out reaching accounts using emails and other channels.
- Proficient in the use of social media tools such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo etc.
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
- Daily Sales Pipeline and Activity to be updated in CRM and maintained.
- Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry staying educated on the new regulations, our product solutions changes, innovations and trends.
- Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
- Adhere to sales process, pipeline management, ethics and compliance.
- Achieve Sales Quota across products lines.
- Team-Player, Flexible and able to work in dynamic environment
Requirements
- Min 2 Proven experience in B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably in the IT/Cloud space.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin & Cantonese
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a simple, business-focused manner.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
