What You'll Do
- Contact potential clients via calls, emails, or online to offer car/motorcycle insurance
- Explain insurance coverage, benefits, and promotions to clients
- Send accurate insurance quotes
- Follow up to help clients renew or buy insurance
- Keep customer records updated
- Handle customer questions and issues politely
Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Can speak basic English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Comfortable using computers and online systems
- Friendly, positive, and motivated
