Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Petaling Jaya. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote products or services. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, responding to customer inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to sales growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
• Experience in Sales and a proactive approach to customer engagement
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, team-oriented on-site environment
• High level of professionalism and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is desirable but not mandatory
