This is a full-time Telemarketer role located on-site in Kuala Lumpur. The Telemarketer will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients through phone calls, scheduling appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting financial products and services. The role requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up with potential clients to drive sales growth.

• Proficiency in appointment scheduling and time management
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Customer service experience, showcasing responsiveness and problem-solving abilities
• Sales skills, with a focus on meeting targets and promoting financial products
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Prior experience in the financial or telemarketing industry is advantageous
