Telemarketing Executive

WE’RE HIRING – Telemarketing Executive (Largest Bank in Malaysia)

📍 Location: Akademi Etiqa Building, Kuala Lumpur (Near Masjid Jamek LRT Station)

💼 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Contact existing & potential customers via phone/email to promote banking products

✅ Perform outbound cold & warm calls using leads provided

✅ Build rapport & close sales opportunities

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets & support team KPIs

🕒 Working Hours:

📅 Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Alternate Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

📋 Requirements:

● Minimum SPM or equivalent

● At least 1 year of telemarketing/telesales experience (banking or financial services preferred)

● Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)

● Strong communication & negotiation skills

● Target-driven & comfortable making cold calls
