Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Executive located in Sri Damansara. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to generate leads and promote services. Key tasks include effective communication with potential customers, building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in the sales process by handling inquiries and closing deals. The role requires a high level of professionalism and a results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales to drive success in acquiring new clients and closing deals
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support to provide a positive client experience
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers and building strong client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in handling customer contact systems and CRM tools is an advantage
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is preferred
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
