Role Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce subscription packages or services and explain key benefits clearly
- Understand customer needs, handle basic questions or objections, and guide them toward sign-ups or purchases
- Follow up on warm leads and past inquiries to increase conversion rates
- Record call outcomes, customer feedback, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM system
- Stay updated on product details, pricing and any ongoing campaigns
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively assist and guide clients
- Strong communication and Phone Etiquette skills to build rapport with clients over the phone
- Experience and proficiency in Sales to meet targets and promote services effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is an added advantage
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus
- Added advantage if you have experience in real estate industry or good knowledge of the property agent market
Pay: From 3,300.00 (MYR) per month
