Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Puchong. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting and promoting the company's products and services, generating leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, following up on inquiries, and building strong customer relationships to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Proficiency in telemarketing, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer data.
• Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally.
• Basic proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and additional language skills are a plus.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is an advantage.
