Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telephone Operator based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Telephone Operator will manage incoming and outgoing calls, operate the switchboard, handle inquiries professionally, and ensure excellent customer communication. Daily tasks include directing calls to appropriate departments, providing support to customers or staff over the phone, and maintaining accurate call logs and records.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and excellent Communication skills
• Experience as a Switchboard Operator and working with Switchboard systems
• Customer Support experience and ability to handle inquiries professionally
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Experience in a healthcare or similar professional setting is advantageous
