Job Description:

Conduct outbound calls / drop off calls to potential Grab Drivers/Delivery-Partners from provided leads or databases.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. (to be adjust accordingly)
Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and prospect interactions in the system provided.
Provide feedback and input on product/service improvement based on customer interactions. (to handling and share complaints / enquiries with teams)
Strong understanding of financial products.

Requirement:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner
