Telesales Agent

Summary

As a Telesales Agent, you will be engaging with potential customers over the phone, introducing our client's products and services, and building strong customer relationships. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy communication, customer engagement, and working in a fast-paced tech eCommerce environment.

Job Description

• Conduct outbound calls / drop off calls to potential Grab Drivers/Delivery-Partners from provided leads or databases.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. (to be adjust accordingly)
• Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and prospect interactions in the system provided.
• Provide feedback and input on product/service improvement based on customer 
• interactions. (to handling and share complaints / enquiries with teams)
• Strong understanding of financial products.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably applicants with sales/telesales/call centre/customer service experience.
• Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Good proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service to external and internal customers.
• Comfortable working in a team.
• Comfortable making cold calls and establishing client relationships via phone.
• Ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
