Telesales Consultant

Position : Telesales Consultant

Status : 6 Months Probation and contract will be on renewable basis upon candidate's attitude, attendance and performance.

Location : Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

Company Background : Immigration Consultation Service

Working Days : 6 days per week (based on timetable given)

Working Hours : Day Shift - 9am - 6pm (1 hour lunch break) Night Shift - 12pm - 9pm (1 hour dinner break)

Salary : RM3000 RM4000

Benefits : Medical AIA insurance

Entitlement : AL based on contract, Sick Leave and Hospitalization leave based on Malaysian Employment Act. Contributions to EPF, SOCSO and EIS.

Responsibilities

1. Make outgoing calls to warm leads to advice customers of immigration services that may be

of interest to them.

2. Execute sales pitch and explain products and service features to customers.

3. Identifying customer needs and interests, presenting solutions for customers.

4. Handle inquiries, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.

5. Build rapport with customers and setting appointment with sales managers.

6. Demonstrate the ability to achieve target & KPI's.

7. Follow organizational standards to maintain quality service.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in any related field.

2. Able to communicate well in English.

3. Experience in sales, customer service, contact centre is advantage.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Offices software.

5. Candidate must be proactive, self-driven, and must have excellent interpersonal and

communication skills
