Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and online inquiries from SMEs, mid-tier companies, and corporate clients interested in our sustainability training and services
- Actively follow up with leads to drive conversions and secure registrations or sales
- Identify client needs during calls and recommend suitable solutions, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls where necessary to re-engage past leads or support ongoing campaigns
- Build strong rapport with prospects and guide them through the decision-making process
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM system and ensure timely updates
- Provide product feedback from clients to internal teams to support service improvement
- Assist in creating and presenting simple proposals or quotations based on client requirements
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaign goals and outreach strategies
- Support the development of sales pipeline and help meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Participate in internal discussions on improving telesales strategies and market outreach
