Job Description

Industry: Automotive

Basic Salary: RM2,600 – RM3,500 + Commission (average RM500/month)

Location: Mid Valley, KL

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to leads provided by the team leader to introduce company promotions and products
  • Engage prospects with persuasive communication to generate interest and secure appointments or sales
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and follow‑up actions in CRM system
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing product knowledge and clarifying promotions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPI‑driven performance)
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with team leader and colleagues to share strategies and improve call effectiveness
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business growth
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Uphold company values by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:

  • Sales‑driven and customer‑oriented personality
  • Able to converse fluently in Chinese languages due to the target market
  • Willing to work full‑time at office (no work‑from‑home arrangement)
  • Comfortable working with KPI targets in a fast‑paced environment
