We are seeking a results-driven telesales representative to actively seek out and engage with prospective customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a persuasive demeanor. You will be responsible for converting leads to sales through outbound calling and fostering positive relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers using a provided contact list.
- Present and promote products or services to prospective clients effectively.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Highly self-motivated and target driven with a desire to succeed.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
