Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary

The Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via phone to promote insurance generate sales, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-focused mindset to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce and promote company products or services.

Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.

Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or information.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Update customer databases and ensure all information is accurate.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve sales strategies.

Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and compliance standards.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or insurance background .minimum 6month

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong persuasion and sales closing abilities.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Positive attitude, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills

Work Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Shift Timings - 10 am to 7 pm

Work days - 5 days working ( Mon to fri )

2 days off
