  • Engage customers via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to promote SME Credit products available on our platform (e.g. SLoan for Seller, Quick Funds)
  • Deliver engaging, needs-based conversations that match customer profiles with suitable products, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Provide guidance and follow up on leads in a timely manner to ensure successful acquisition and conversion of customers
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and stay updated with ongoing campaigns, pricing, and regulatory changes relating to SME business financing
  • Collaborate with internal teams (BD, Marketing, Ops) to ensure smooth lead flow, campaign execution, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide constructive feedback on customer objections, lead quality, and script effectiveness to improve telesales strategy
  • Work closely with the BD Lead to report on performance, share market feedback, and refine sales strategies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in SME loans, telesales, or credit sales roles is an advantage
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin preferred; multilingual speakers highly valued
  • Proactive and persuasive with a goal-driven mindset
  • Able to work independently while contributing to team targets
  • Fast learner with attention to detail and professionalism on calls
  • Comfortable working from a physical office environment
  • May be required to undergo basic product or compliance certification training
