Job Title: Telesales Agent
Location: Malaysia
Working Hours:
- Monday to Sunday (off day per schedule)
- 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Public Holidays: 2x pay or replacement leave if scheduled to work

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Agent to promote and sell products/services to potential customers over the phone. The role requires excellent communication skills in Malay and good English, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers to promote products/services and achieve sales targets
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system
- Follow up on leads and build strong customer relationships
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Malay and good English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Previous telesales or telemarketing experience is an advantage
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems preferred
