Telesales Executive

Position: Telesales Executive (Malay + English)

Location: Petaling Jaya (PJ)

Working Days: Monday – Sunday (Off day based on schedule)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: RM 2,200 – RM 2,700 (Basic) + Sales Commission

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to introduce company products

• Consult and convince customers to choose suitable products

• Close sales based on provided customer leads

• Maintain and update customer information in the system

• Build customer relationships and support promotional programs

• Achieve assigned sales KPIs

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification

• 3–6 months telesales/call-out sales experience preferred

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Background in beauty, banking/finance, telecommunications, insurance, or online business is an advantage

• Clear voice with good communication skills in English & Malay
