Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups
• Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions
• Explain product/service features and benefits clearly
• Maintain regular follow-ups to close deals
• Update and manage customer details in CRM or sales systems
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and call reports
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
