Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential and existing clients to promote products or services.
  • Understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and recommend suitable Solar products or services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the system.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending customer decisions.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven 1-2 years experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Experience in the solar renewable industry will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
